  Awful, bought two groupon vouchers for my daughter and her friend and have been trying like the previous reviewer to call but phone kept ringing out. Finally get on to them and try and book an appoirntment 2-3 weeks out. When I bought the voucher it was recommended to book 1-2 weeks in advance so didn't think it would be an issue. Nothing available in the next two weeks at all. and only one spot in the middle of the day on a Tuesday before the voucher expires, although she did offer me an half an hour spot instead of the hour and half I paid for. I explained that the kids are at school and they won';t be missing school for a manicure, and was basically told too bad you should have rung earlier. Not my problem - $150 down the drain. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS.
